Not bad at all... this is the first time ever I've succeeded when making a sourdough bread. Thanks to the sourdough I got in exchange for lending out the ice cream maker. Nice deal!
But it seems like the process of feeding the sourdough means that you have to bake every week or else you will get a lot of sourdough? I can see why this is an ideal thing to share. In the Streetbank where I live there is also some kombucha culture, perhaps that should be the next step? That would be an interesting development, if my diet would consist of a) things I find in the fridge b) things my Airbnb guests have left and c) things people offer in Streetbank.
